Project description
Microparticulate antigen delivery is highly promising staetgy for vaccine formulation. In this project multifunctional capsules are developed that allow to specifically chose the intracellular compartment where the antigen is delivered. The insights gathered in this project will be of importance for further rational vaccine design.
