Project description

Lime mortars for natural stone repair need to be compatible with the stone, but until now, repair mortars' properties are not very adapted. This proposal researchers a new methdology, based on experiments and using evolutionary algorithms, where the mortar's properties are estimated before production. This methodology will lead to more compatible mortars, whilst reducing development costs.
