Project description

Electro-conductive textile materials are important for smart textiles. Frequently this conductivity is achieved by applying metal particles, fibres, yarns or metal coatings. The goal of this research is to explore the potential of screen printing with conductive inks to obtian electro-conductive textiles. The influence of washing and abrading is studied when using different kinds of inks on various textiles.
