TERTS stands for Transition in Energy through a Directional role for the Tertiary Sector. The partnership wants to achieve an energy transition in the tertiary sector
a unburdening process (facilitating and stimulating) from local authorities and / or other actors (eg interest groups, etc.) to make private investments in energie efficiency (EE) and to make the use of renewable energy (RE) effective.
The objective of the project is to increase EE and the use of RE in SMEs in the tertiary sector by (1) testing and demonstrating
innovative techniques and measures, (2) the implementation of a relief process and (3) the setting up of a management function by municipalities and / or other actors.
The municipality takes on its management role by, among other things, identifying, encouraging and convincing all actors needed for the innovative investment. (energetic) profit associated with the investment. Companies can continue to concentrate on their daily business operations. By making use of the project results, DGBs can make targeted investments in innovative measures and techniques.
The final result is that target group companies (sectors are described in activity 3.1.) And / or the other actors involved, invest in innovative energy interventions (EE and RE) thanks to improved cooperation with municipalities and / or other actors who assume a directing role and also test and demonstrate measures themselves (eg Middelburg), in order to support the companies in their choices and investments. The partnership wants participatory cooperation through cooperation with the target group companies, boards and / or other actors, to examine what is needed to realize this transition through the use of innovative techniques
