Project description

TLR3 stimulation is potentially important in the treatment of cancer. It has the potential to increase the efficiency of anti-cancer vaccines, and is also directly cytotoxic for tumor cells. In this project we study TLR3-induced signal transduction and mechanisms responsible for TLR3 resistance.
