Project description

The evaluation project Mobile Stalking Alarm (MSA) researches the opportunities to turn this project into a national success. By means of a dossier study, interviews with professionals and victims of stalking with and without an alarm and a focus group bringing all actors involved together, a critical evaluation is made of the current functioning and application of the MSA. Identifying both success factors and weaknesses can allow for optimization of the system.
