Project description
In this study we will investigate how plant-derived molecules like flavanols and withanolides (epigenetically) affect NFkB-dependent gene expression and wether these compounds hold promise for treatment of inflammatory disorders and cancer. This project will combine fundamental molecular and biochemical research on cell lines with analysis of patient samples.
