Project description

Therapeutic biologicals are a growing part of the pharmaceutical market. The most important challenge for biologicals as therapeutics is to enhance plasma half-life, commonly achieved by modification with polymer chains. This increasing importance of polymer therapeutics creates the need for highly efficient coupling reactions. Within this project we envisage to develop via novel coupling strategy based on cationic coupling agents.
