Project description

The proposed project aims to elucidate the mode of action of house dust mite specific immunotherapy. We will address this question in 2 different ways:

- Ex vivo: in peripheral blood and at local tissue level of patients undergoing HDM SIT.

- In vivo: in severe combined immunodeficiency mice reconstituted with peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients undergoing HDM SIT.
