Project description
2 main topics are investigated, as part of the broader research regarding the fabrication of miniaturized flexible hermetic electronic devices to be used as human implants: (1) the fabrication of high quality Iridium oxide based tissue electrodes, being very reliable during long-term (years of) implantation; and (2) study fabrication methods to realize reliable (adhesion!) narrow patterns made from noble metals.
