Notch signaling is critical for the generation of immuuncompetent T lymphocytes out of hematopoietic stem cells. However, this pathway by itself is insufficient to drive T cell development. In this project, we study the role of the individual components of the Notch signaling pathway and its interactionpartners that, together with Notch, drive human T cell development.
