Insights from the history and philosophy of science are highly relevant, both to better understand scientific practice itself and to make sense of its place in our society. This project will seek to clarify this relevance through well-chosen actions. This will include actions aimed at scientists, at secondary schools, at policy makers and at the general public. To make this possible, a number of cases from the history of science will be studied and analyzed.
