Project description

Defects in the homeostatic balance betwee, keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation are at the basis of a wide variety of skin disorders, such as psoriasis, dermatitis and skin cancer. In this study we want to identify the exact role of RIP4 and RIP4-interacting proteins in EGFR-mediated signalling events and malignancy, using in vitro and in vivo models.
