Clinically optimized mammography display



This research project has a strong focus on new display technology and imaging technology to improve the visualization of subtle signs of cancer at an early stage. Through a thorough understanding of difficult clinical cases, a clinically optimized prototype display will be built that Barco is optimistic that this can increase the performance in breast cancer screening. This new technology will be validated through a clinical study on a large number of screening images.
