Project description

The main goal of this project is to carry out a feasibility study to test the current concept of our ExperienceDNA platform with potential customers and to explore a feasible business plan. First, we will do a preliminary market assessment to map all stakeholders, business models and existing IP. We want to identify the potential customers and/or partners for our platform. Secondly, we are going to make our own IP strategy and licensing models concrete, including the required modalities to strengthen the AUGent position. Third, we will create a valid business plan and define go-to-market strategy based on the previous research. Finally, we also want to set up the development of an MVP service from the existing ExperienceDNA framework. We will start to demonstrate our market traction through scientific services with first customers.
