Project description

The displacement of persons due to armed conflict constitutes a contemporary international legal problem of sigificant proportions with serious human rights ramifications for those concerned. The research will focus on the international legal framework relating to the right to property and to retrun home as significant factors for the restoration of peace and the rule of law.
