Project description

The main objective of this project is to develop efficient synthetic protocols for making functionalized AAAA and DDDD quadruple hydrogen bonding motifs. We aim at designing and achieving a straightforward synthesis of AAAA-DDDD quadruple hydrogen bonding motifs that have a strong supramolecular dimerization without the formation of larger assemblies and their use for the development of supramolecular polymers.
