Project description

We will apply numerical simulation of drug transport into the tumor after intraperitoneal chemotherapy administration. Mathematical modelling will be combined with artificial models of a peritoneal tumor and with dynamic magnetic resonance imaging of tumor bearing animals. This will allow to predict how variation of certain parameters improves drug penetration, and may aid the development of more efficient treatment.
