Project description
The goal of this research is to identify the signature of glacier dynamics in lake and fjord sediments. To do so, we (1) collect evidence of historical glacier variability through remote sensing and written and iconographic archives, and (2) compare the recent glacier evolution with changes in the properties of proglacial sediments from lakes or fjords.
