Project description

In TOF-PET the scanner measures the difference in photon arrival time. This extra information is used in reconstruction to improve image quality. The first goal is to quantify the gain (signal gain or noise reduction) in clinical studies or patient like phantoms. The second objective is to determine if more accurate information from clinical data.
