Project description
The objective of this proposal is to study the effect of helminth infections on dairy productivity in Camagüey (Cuba). Therefore, we aim to:
(1) set up a basic laboratory for the diagnosis of parasitic infections in dairy cattle; 2)
to study the occurrence and importance of parasitic helminth infections and 3) to
correlate indices of helminth infection with dairy productivity and identify potential
control measures.
