The assignment includes conducting a scientific study of the Dutch-language family facilities in Brussels (childcare for babies and toddlers, out-of-school childcare and preventive family support)

Following the previous studies, the following themes will be investigated:

- The users (profile and search process) and non-users (inflow / outflow)
- Evolution of the deficit and needs
- Effects of the policy and foreseeable effects of a new policy (new decree on childcare: local counter, language, etc.)
