Project description

The proposed study investigates the optimization of the overall cost and efficiency of a photovoltaic (PV) energy source feeding a synchronous reluctance motor. The load is a pumping system that has to work under different conditions and constraints. Simulation models will be used to determine the optimal motor configuration and the optimal number of PV modules.
