Project description

This project is directed at the further development of the theory and practice of bibliotherapy, understood in the broad sense of the term: the use of literary writings in different contexts of care and/or pedagogical contexts that are located in the field of care. The funding will be used in support of the promoter's activities in the development of the interdisciplinary research network CHARM - Consofrtium for Health Humanities, Arts, Reading and Medicine. Ideally, the funding will be used for research leading to a PhD and publications or for the salary of a more experienced researcher who can (help) prepare externally funed research projects. In either case, the funding will be aimed at the further development of the interfaculty collaboration for which CHARM stands (Arts and Humanities, Medicine, Sociology, Psychology), whether it be in terms of research, teaching or outreach.
