Project description

The research project wants to contribute to the study of negative regulators in the innate immune system. More precisely, we want to study the de-ubiquitinase DUBA, a negative regulator in the signaling pathway important for the production of type I interferons and antiviral responses. We want to gain a thorough knowledge of the molecular and biochemical mechanisms regulating the function of DUBA.
