Project description

T-ALL is an aggressive blood cancer with a poor prognosis. In this project we want to identify miRNAs and miRNA target genes who contribute to the pathogenesis of T-ALL. Novel insights in this additional level of gene regulation can possibly lead to new therapeutical opportunities in T-ALL and certain miRNA signatures can possibly function as molecular biomarkers for prognosis of T-ALL.
