Project description
We aim to develop an integrated photonic platform operating in the deep ultraviolet region (200–280 nm). Leveraging low-loss suspended silicon dioxide waveguides, our approach is poised to enable the first demonstration of deep UV resonance Raman sensing on a photonic chip—an advancement that holds significant promise for sensitive detection of biomolecules and chemical compounds.
