Project description

This project covers tools and services for multilevel validation of models, inference of brain target properties from data and models, and declination of these in specific, personalized clinical cases. The tools will be made interoperable and usable across scales, datasets, and species. Complete controlled workflows will be produced, assuring extension and comparison of different models on different data modalities, allowing for an extended validation. This will be achieved following a set of documented procedures, including visualization. The validation outcomes will be integrated with data and models following the current neuroinformatics standards. Data features and model parameters will allow an informed dimensionality reduction bridging the gap with state of the art ML/classification toolboxes. We will explore the individual-specific brain dynamics and their correlation or causal impact with tasks and conditions.
