Project description

My research interest centers on the nexus of both cognitive theory and organizational behavior on the one hand, and entrepreneurship and technology challenges on the other. I investigate how entrepreneurs are challenged to effectively make decisions in an increasingly dynamic environment where forces such as technical innovation and globalized competition appear at higher speed. I investigate this qualitatively in the sheet music industry by conducting participant observation in a single case and by developing a multiple case study.
