Project description

The project aims at a focussed synthesis of functionalised chalcones ans anti-invasive compounds against breast cancer. The activity of a wide variety of functionalised chalcones will be predicted first by a developed neural computer network and the most promising compounds will then be synthesized and tested in the chick heart fragment test. The obtained results will serve as feedback in order to optimize the CODESSA programme.
