The funding should allow responding to applications for short-term project funding on labour markets which is currently impossible (within own time, there is not enough room for this and the funding from projects is too uncertain to do a recruitment of a doctoral student). In order to strengthen the department's expertise in this field, the researcher will also help
valorize and support ongoing more policy-oriented labour market and well-being research.
Content:
Elaborating and writing proposals for project funding on labour market and well-being (including VIONA and local or federal or European government).
Implementing or coordinating research projects won.
Coordinating the valorization of strong Master's thesis research.
Functioning as a (methodological) sounding board for doctoral researchers.
Ad hoc senior support UGent @ Work.
