Project description
Multilingualism has become frequent within contemporary migration literature. The project aims at a comparative study of this phenomenon in Denmark and Sweden 2001-2010. We will study how the co-presence of different languages in literary texts is influencedby discourses on languageand multilingualism in society. Moreover, we ask how such texts and their reception in their turn affect public discourse.
