Project description

We study the role of radical innovation project autonomy for project and firm performance. Autonomy may enable flexibility, but may also hinder resource and knowledge exchange between project and firm. We provide insights into (a) the relationship between project autonomy and project performance, (b) the relationship between project autonomy and firm performance, and (c) mechanisms enabling flexibility while assuring exchange.
