Project description

Work-family conflict (WFC) and it's consequences for wellbeing for women are underestimated because of two reasons: - underreporting by respondents: they use strategies to cope with WFC which have side effects for their wellbeing. Women also experience social pressure which leads to social desirability bias.- non-respondents don't participate because of high WFC. There is non-response bias.
