Project description

The Altay Mountains are covered with funeral and ritual monuments of nomadic people (2nd Mill. BCE - mid 2nd Mill. CE). For years archaeological inventories of valleys have been realised. These data will allow us to realise a study of the archaeological landscape and of the sociological structures of these cultures. Another goal is to publish the complete inventory of the researched valleys.
