Project description
In the Bacchus project, bioactive peptides and polyphenols will be used to design a new platfrom combining in vitro digestion with an in vitro transportmodel (Caco-2). Bioavailability and bioactivity of the obtained metabolites are thereby the main focus. In parallel, in vivo studies will be performed by project partners to validate the in vitro model.
