Project description

The aim is to generate an orally administrable influenza A vaccine based on the conserved ectodomain of M2 (M2e) and for veterniary purposes. The filamentous fc phage will be used as a carrier. The vaccine will be targeted to M cells in the gut by using a bioadhesine.
