Project description
The aim of the Odysseus project is to understand the function, activation and regulation of NF-kB activation and apoptosis by A20 and A20-interacting ABIN proteins, using conditional gene targeting in the mouse in combination with mouse models of human diseases. Such knowledge may lead to novel approaches to prevent and treat various inflammatory and degenerative disorders.
