Project description

In this research project, we will search for new elements that arrest or decelerate DNA replication during DNA-damage. By using mutagenesis screens and promoter mapping, we will investigate which proteins influence the central regulator WEE1. The ultimate goal is to better understand how plants cope with DNA stress.
