WAVE stands for Water Vision @ festivals  and is a new, sustainable project within Festival Dranouter. Festival Dranouter has been working for years to keep the ecological footprint of the festival as limited as possible. During the festival season, several festivals and events are organized every weekend. At these festivals and events thousands of festival vistors and staff consume a lot of drinking water in PET bottles and produce waste water by, for example, toilet facilities, eateries, shower facilities, etc. Within the WAVE project, we want to be more sustainable with drinking water and waste water, materials and energy. This by setting up different actions.
