Project description

The PI3K family is important in mediating many cellular responses upon receptor activation. The PI3K delta subunit has been proposed to be of particular importance in the induction of Th2 responses. We hypothesise that this subunit is important in the regulation of the functions of dendritic cells: antigen uptake, processing, presentation and cellular maturation.
