Project description

The viral protein Nef is crucial for the development of AIDS. The expression of Nef in T cells causes a shift in expression of receptors and an altered T cell activation. Our goal is to identify the important cellular partners of Nef and to unravel the exact mechanism of the altered T cell activation.
