Project description

Evaluation of JAK/STAT pathway inhibitors on neuroblastoma (NB) cell-lines revealed a dramatic reduction in cell viability in comparison to control cells. Further characterisation of the cellular effects and identification of the actual targets of the tested compounds can provide important insights in the critically deregulated pathways in NB and can implicate a fundamental acquisition for the future treatment of NB.
