sleep adolescents intervention
Project description

Despite the high prevalence of sleep deprivation in adolescents and the significant impact of such restriction on their physical and mental health, there has been little research effort targeted at changing sleep patterns through interventions. Therefore, this project will first identify the most important determinants of sleep behavior and then target these determinants through an intervention to improve adolescent sleep patterns.
