The aim of this project is to analyse how media, and in particular "multimedia", functioned in a sixteenth-century local context. From this methodological viewpoint a contribution will be made to the international and interdisciplinary debate on the relation between the sixteenth-century Reformation and the new media that developed in the early modern period.
