Project description

Development of a multidisciplinaray method for the analysis of the seismic cycle of mega-earthquakes and of the resulting catastrophic impacts on the landscape in South-Central Chile and Eastern Turkey, based on the study of lacustrine sedimentary records, by means of high resolution reflection seismic profiles and sediment cores.
