In this project we propose a simple, innovative multi-filament or branched catheter for intraperitoneal drug delivery. Simple in terms of design and innovative since it springs from an expert surgeon's daily practice and identification of the shortcomings in the current way of admitting intraperitoneal chemotherapy. The goal of this project is to refine our current design in terms of biocompatibility and validate it with a limited in-vivo preclinical trial. This to strenghten our IP-position and gather regulatory information in view of licensing of the technology.
