Project description
T-lymphocytes are derived from hematopoietic stem cells and their differentiation depends on the integration of multiple transcriptional regulators that modulate downstream gene expression. In this project we investigate, during the process of normal human T-cell development, how these factors interact and what the function is of the non-coding RNAs whose expression they mediate.
