Project description

This project focuses on the chemical analysis of (semi-)volatile organic compounds in ambient air. Particular attention is spent to biogenic emissions such as those of sesquiterpenes by forest vegetation on the one hand, and the presence of anthropogenic human health damaging (semi-)VOC in indoor air on the other hand. The budgetary funding requested in this proposal is intended for puchasing the essential innovative TD-GC-MS device.
