Project description

Tumors en their stroma co-evolve during tumor initiation and progression, with proliferation, migration, differentiation and pro-invasive activity of stromal myofibroblasts. The purpose is to study stromagenesis in vitro and in vivo, and to study the influence of soluble cancer-cells derived growth factors as well as to evalute the reaction on chemotherapeutics and ionizing radiation.
